Embodiment is a series created by Tila Von Twirl. The show is an immersive community experience, exploring the power of the body thru drag, burlesque, and beyond. Embodiment is a queer forward, intersectional, sex positive, dance party where tip$ are always welcome.

Anghell is a mischievous rule breaker who was born and raised in Venezuela.
He has been always been involved in the entertainment industry in one way or another. During his childhood he featured in TV commercials and plays, later jumped to the modeling industry in photography and fashion shows. Being Latino helped hime to be a passionate dancer who enjoys many styles of music. Throughout the years he trained in dance until he discovered his passion for pole dancing....the rest is history.

Matt Adore is a performance artist who has pranced all over the Midwest. Matt's greatest joy is blending brand burlesque to entertain his queerly beloved community. A little dapper, a little dandy, and always cheeky in more ways than one, Matt Adore!

There's not much they don't do, and they will certainly entertain while giving something unexpected.
Bazuka Joe is the "Asian Invasion of Burlesque".
And if you think you like his crouching tiger, just wait till you see his hidden dragon! Baxuka has toured all over the U.S., Canada, Erope, and Australia; and is trained in contemporary dance, theater, vault staff, and puppeteering.
Darling Shear is a Chicago native with roots in Atlanta, FA. As a freelance dancer/choreographer, Darling has worked with The Fly Honeys (Chicago), Body Cartography (MN) , Links Hall, Victoria Bradford, Museum of Contemporary Art, among many others.
Darling was the first trans artist to receive the Chicago Dancemakers Forum award for choreographers in 2019. Also received a full scholarship to study at Impulztanz in Vienna, Austria. Darlings work is intentionally queer and sex positive, and employs dance asa tool to help heal people, exploring the depths embodied and the corporeal emolument of divinity.
Lavender Vxyn is no virgin of the Arts.
Having graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in ~DANCE~ , they have pranced and peeled around many stages and bar floors of Chicago's nightlife scene. They are also the 2022 winner of Untitled Supper Club's performance competition, Unrivaled!
Lucy Stoole
Creative, Performer, Adult Toy Line Creator, Producer. Lucy was named Best Chicago Drag Queen 2022 for The Chicago Readers Best Of List! This is only one of a few titles including 2016 Best Drag Entertainer for Chicago Nightlife Awards.
She is also the first black queen to be the entertainment program manager at Berlin Nightclub. Follow her on Instagram and catch a show. You will not be disappointed.
Noah Gray
is a Chicago area performer and producer that specializes in singing and hosting. They often perform burlesque as well. With a background in theater arts, they also have chops in stage managing. You can catch them most often singing sweet tunes to drink by at The Darling Chicago.
Shimmy LaRoux
Sassy, Classy, but never Ashy.
She is a performer and producer and holds the titles of Miss Burlesque North America 2020, a 2019 Mover, Shaker and Innovator at the Burlesque Hall of Fame, headliner at the 2019 Ohio Burlesque Festival, winner of Best Overall at the 2019 Dublin Burlesque Festival, and international Playboy Playmate 2022!

DJ Wak aka Dusty Bahls
DJ Wak has been a disc jokey and sound designer in Chicago since 2002. Although their inspiration to become a disc jokey germinated with House music and it's culture, DJ Wak has a passion for Soul, Classic R&B, Funk, Hip Hop, Disco and Pop. They have had the opportunity to open for incredible performers such as
KC and the Sunshine Band, Sheena Easton and the Pointers Sisters.
