If you have taken class with me you have heard me say it. It's a daily mantra for me too. These times are wild and we could all use a reminder. Took a nap? You did something. Went for a walk? Did it. Decided not to? That's something. Tried something even when you weren't sure you could do it? It's something. I believe in you. And I believe in our power to collectively change the shape of interactions with ourselves and the people around us to make our world a better place.
 
Put this 3x3 durable vinyl sticker just about anywhere. Keep it where you can see it and DO SOMETHING. Just don't put sticker in dishwasher!!
